Oklahoma City-based Continental Resources filed a petition on May 1st, in District Court in Oklahoma County, alleging that multiple defendants and former employees obtained confidential and proprietary information from Continental for personal gain and the benefit of others.
Defendants Matt Colbert, Brandon Colbert, Anthony Hilbers, Casey Jobe, David Eric Garcia, and other named parties, are accused of effectuating the fraudulent transfer of mineral interests to entities owned or controlled by the defendants and notarized these instruments without the consent or authorization of the alleged grantors of such interests.
